Overview

ReddVid respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. ReddVid is a tool that facilitates access to publicly available content hosted on Reddit's servers. We do not host, store, or cache any video content ourselves.

All video content accessed through ReddVid is hosted by Reddit Inc. on their CDN (v.redd.it). To request removal of content from Reddit, please contact Reddit directly through their copyright reporting page.

DMCA Takedown Notices

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), if you believe that any content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to us. To be effective, your notification must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notices

If you believe that content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include all required DMCA elements and your statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

ReddVid will terminate access to users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
